Need better and closer pics.
Plus, not so much in the "AMERICA" area
but in the " FG" initials area. That is right (viewers right) of the building.

if you are looking for the transition reverse, the WAM part is meaningless. i think ALL 1988 P&D cents are WAM and thus by extension, the distance of the FG is moot as well. JUST the style of the designers initials, as so well imaged above. MOSTLY focus on the G.
there are other useful pups but they aren't coming to me ATM.
BUT if you are wanting to know STILL if yours is a WAM, it is.
close FG = WAM (far)
far FG = CAM (near)
Your picture is hard to tell about the "G" having seriffs. A close up of the FG would be helpful to tell for sure.
