ANACS Crossover - Panama 1980 Canal Commemorative 100 Balboas

OK, I got this coin at auction some while back and it was in an ANACS holder. I had reason to believe and inspected closely that this coin was under graded severely. So, not wanting to send it in within the slab, I removed it and gave it the usual prep by acetone and ammonia.
Here is the result, just back from our hosts:

Nice coin. What was the ANACS and PCGS grade?

I think ANACS is not as bad as people say.
Might be a 1-2 point in MS.
You can guess it is somewhere around MS66-68.

    IKU, brilliant that you are!
    ANACS grade MS66PL
    PCGS grade MS69PL
Nice upgrade that for me does not have a lot of meaning but would help if ever time to sell I would imagine.
