Emergency Issue: New Hebrides 1982 5 Francs (Just back from grading - hurray!)

This is a fairly scarce issue, actually of Vanuatu, which had declared itself economically independent of the England/France consortium and was the country previously known as New Hebrides. In the changeover, there was a perceived need for circulation coins but no prep for them to be struck as Vanuatu and so accordingly the French mint struck "emergency" issue coins in the 1F, 2F, 5f (all very scarce) and then also 10F and 20F with the latter two likely rare. The only picture of a 1982 20F looked to have suffered time on the freeway with plenty of friction and ugly marks.
Anyway, here is an example of the 1982 NH 5 Francs that has in hand outstanding lustre:

Well, just Love coins, period.
