Iranian currency

hi all.
I found this coin. It appears to be from 1952 or 1953. It is also from the days of King Muhammad Reza Shah of Iran. It also has some cracks on it. Please reply if this coin is damaged. thank you very much.

    The date appears to me to be 1354, which would be in the SH calendar and convert to AD 1976.

    The coin is a 5 rials, which is supposed to be cupronickel in 1354. This coin does not look cupronickel. My number one assumption would be therefore be that it is a forgery. The "cracks" you are seeing would also be evidence for it being a forgery.
