Another HiBid family counterfeit- 1804 half cent

Seller probably is suspicious himself- listed as an "1804 half cent token?"...
A recent Chinese fake based on a C-6 1804 Half Cent; matches the 1st ones in my Coin Week article. The spike was blunted off in the die to strike other dates. The reverse die breaks of the early die state were partially removed as well. This auction venue has had its share of documented fakes for sale!
Genuine example (early die state) courtesy PCGS CoinFacts:

I would be stunned if the seller were merely suspicious.
