You’re a genius if you get this.

Tell me of one player who had these back to back results/stats two games in a row……
1- Teams won both games
2- Teams won by the same score
3- Player had the same points both games
4- Player played for two different teams
If you get this you are officially crowned the Sports Talk Grand Wizard.

Are these 2 games in the same season?
Great question.
Not my example.
Two different seasons, back to back.
He’s a hall of famer.
Played in two of the major sports cities in our history.
Bobby Orr ???
and now thinking MJ ???
Could it be someone who was traded between games?

The possibilities are endless! I will say the sport is likely basketball or possibly hockey since we are speaking in terms of points scored. Could apply to football as well I suppose, but the terminology of 'points scored' in a game isn't really used in football.
You will reach genius level if you provide the player and both game results.
No more clues.
Basketball or Hockey.
Now I'm wondering if the first game was a playoff finale to end the season or just a regular season finale of a season that ended with no playoffs? Hmmm. Just thinking out loud Goldenage, not seeking any more clues. lol
That’s fair.
Both regular season games.
One was played in New York.
Gretzky ???
Tom Brady? 😄
Gordie Howe ???
i'm a dumbsh*t so i'm not even gonna venture a guess
you'll never be able to outrun a bad diet
Phil Esposito ???

Oh, Well.....
I've used this one before, I apologize in advance...
On second thought, it never happened. 🤷🤣
.

Many years ago I was at work and showed the above to a customer and their child. The kid thought it would only work on a screen. So I printed it out and it does the same thing.
hey thisistheshow,
That's cool...
This highly decorated HOFer was exceptional at scoring from distance and close range.
One last clue at noon ET, and then
the answer at 4pm ET.
The genius will provide the player and the scores and points of both games.
🙃
Honestly this is one of the most difficult trivia questions.
In his two consecutive regular season games, he won both, by the same score, had the same amount of points, and played on different teams.
I believe I narrowed it down to hockey. I went through the NBA hall of fame and game stat checked those who were in as players and couldn't find this match. But then again I may have missed it?? My wife is out of town, I have too much time on my hands this weekend. lol
The closest I came up with is Bobby Orr. GroceryRackPack actually posted him yesterday. So I found on 11-26-75 it shows Orr as a Bruin beating the Rangers in NY 6 to 4 and scoring 2 pts (1g and 1a). How on that date that was his final game that season I don't know why (injury?) but that's what I found. Then in his first game the next season with the Blackhawks on 10-7-76 he beat the Blues 6 to 4 but according to the stats I found he had 3 pts in that game (1g and 2a)...that's the closest I can find Goldenage.
You nailed it. My info said 2 points with Chicago, but your source is correct. My source is shamed.
You are the official
And grocery rack pack is too 😁
Season ending surgery. One of his 10-15 knee operations.
Last game ever with Bruins shown here……
Grocery you are the official genius! Beat me to it by a day with Bobby Orr! Congrats!!
"The Contest" was just on The CW now....
