Has this Idea ever been brought up with PSA and I just don't remember?

Evening,

Over the last few months I have been in a Mostly Buying mode off of E-Bay. As such I have come across several Lots, Bricks, OverStock...ect. of a Particular Card Number, from the same, set, same card number, all Brand New untouched for the most part.

Two examples are Two lots of over 1000, &1300 Cards of the Same Cards Number, Same Set, Same MINT Condition vintage from the 70's I bought last month.

Now these Cards are for the most part MINT 9's and GEM MINT 10's. I would love to be able to send in say 30-40 each of them and tell PSA Grade any that are GEM MINT 10's as such, and just throw the rest away or send back. Even if they were to charge a Pre-Grade cost for the ones that don't make 10's, I'd be down with that. I just find it Daunting to look at 200-300 of one card to make sure Centering, Corners, and all else looks good, but then after elimination rounds times 3, 158 still look like 10'S!

YeeHaw!

Neil

Yes you can set a min. grade of 10 and any that don’t make the grade will be returned unslabbed. You’ll still pay grading fees on all.

I get that, of course...was pondering a Universe where you aren't charged for a Service Not Provided. Just a thought and a way to actually create another revenue stream! Sorry, my BS Business degree takes over every once in awhile!

Neil, the service was provided, all except the slabbing.

The grading process is not itemized by stages, but are you saying that if the slabbing process is $6 of the $22 grading fee, you would like to be charged just $16 for the ones that don't meet the grade? I don't see a universe where that will ever happen.
