Newbie Question - Anyone had a PCGS NFC register the wrong coin?

I was using my phone to log in a bunch of relatively common Silver Eagles into my registry and several of them showed up as other coins, like various commemorative quarters and other miscellaneous stuff. Anybody seen this before?

Not sure if it is pertinent to your case, but have seen some wrong pics in registry set darabase.

For example, I had opened a thread almost a year and a half ago about the PCGS registry set "South African Bi-Metallic 5 Rand Commemorative, Circulation Strikes (2008-present)"

The PCGS image for the 2011 5 Rand 90th Anniv. Reserve Bank (Regular Strike) is wrong

Someone needs correct it because the link on https://www.pcgs.com/valueview/5-rand-1994-date/2011-5-rand-90th-anniv-reserve-bank/5225?sn=508700&h=setregistryadmin for Auction Record $8.5 • NGC MS66 • 10-17-2022 • eBay .shows the correct coin in an NGC holder.
