BGS Grading. Does subgrades affect the card value?

Cyberhawk_27Cyberhawk_27 Posts: 32 ✭✭

Hello all,

I have received an interesting grading offer from Beckett but they have to be 1981 and more (so no BVG) and they don't have subgrades. I'm wondering if for equivalent grading (ex. 9), does having subgrades affect the card value up?

Thanks

Because the price difference is quite a bit ($30 vs $22 I think), I have a bunch of cards graded without the subs. Where the difference in value comes in is on the people who plan on crossing over, or in some cases resubbing. Not sure what the formula is, but I am sure that some cards wont cross to PSA, but others in the same grade, but different subgrades will. If any of that makes sense
