What to send to get graded - Advice Needed

I need help to identify cards from the following sets to send off to get graded. No Chrome/Parallels/Autos/Inserts... just plain ol' base cards. Anything worth getting graded in hopes of a PSA 10 that is worth paying the $22 grading fee to PSA for? I just can't seem to identify the "right" keywords to search eBay for to filter the results to just these sets.
All baseball:
2005 - 2012 Topps Heritage (including SPs)
2006 Topps Series 1/2
2008 Topps Series 1/2
2012 Topps Series 1/2
2013 Topps Series 1/2
2021 Topps Series 1/2/Update
Thanks in advance for the advice.

Trading Card Database is your best friend... https://www.tcdb.com/ViewAll.cfm/sp/Baseball?MODE=Years
$22 plus shipping and insurance. Also time value of money will hurt given CPI and turn-around times. Then there’s risks (lost mail, G.o.D). And if you ever decide to sell there are additional market risks, selling costs, etc.
Kiss me twice.....let's party.
Search ebay completed sales for "2006 Topps -chrome -refractor -ginter -finest -stars -archives PSA 10" in baseball singles and see what comes up, rinse and repeat for every other year/set you are interested in
probably missing some more "-" search parameters but you'll figure that out as you go
And don't forget your Collector's Club membership fee if he doesn't already have one...and possible upcharges if the card is deemed a high grade/value.
There is an App called center stage which helps get raw value by pointing your camera to any card. Use in a very well lit area to help tell the difference between en base and parallels. . Anything of high value you then would p want to look up the 8,9 and 10 price and assess if it is worth the gamble to grade and try and get a 10.
We are in a correction and be very selective with what you submit as most cards will continue to decline in value. Search ebay completed results and get a sense of raw vs. graded 9 and 10. As stated by others, you will need to search by year, such as '2013 topps RC' and then repeat. You may want to wait for a grading special later this year or in 2023.
Also keep in mind that PSA 10s are very hard to come by. If you are not an experienced grader, its a real gamble to submit cards hoping for a PSA 10. You can pick out 10 perfect cards, but they can very well all get PSA 9s and PSA 8s. Most perfect cards will be a PSA 9. Getting a PSA 10 is a bonus.
