A Real 1919 dime. Look at the date and look at the whole reverse.
.
Thanks.

It's a 1919-S
The rev banding looks encouraging. How's the obv look without the plastic? Peace Roy

The placement of the S mint mark has me wondering it’s authenticity.

And, the overall appearance of the S looks fishy to me.
Real coin added in the original post.

Something about the face and date I don't like. Not sure if it's authentic.

The obverse looks fake. I'm no expert in these but I would pass on it if offered.
It's a super-fake (but not super in the sense of well-executed.) Everything is a little off, but the date appearance is so off it might as well be a typo. Is it a contemporary fake do you think?
Pretty (the real one) 1919-P in the first post, as well. Wouldn't it be something if that one happened to be the '19-P DDO?
The difference in the facial expressions/eyes is what got my attention. More flat looking on the "S". On the "P" there is more of a, shall we say, smile in the eye.
