1937 England Penny, Proof or Uncirculated?

Here is a 1937 English Penny that I bought recently as an unc that looks like a proof to me from the picture.
Got it yesterday and the edges are totally 100 percent squared. Opiniions?
King Edward 's first year on the throne and Great Britain produced proof coins this year only until much later.
