Team Ball Authentification Advice

I purchased a basketball at an estate sale that appears to be autographed by the 1984-85 Chicago Bulls (Michael Jordan's rookie year). I can identify enough of the supposed autographs to narrow in on the season.

Any advice on the best way to get it authenticated? I've used PSA twice, but only for a card and a sports ticket. Some specific questions I have:

  • any recommended services other than PSA?
  • are there any services that will look at photos of the ball and give you a preliminary assessment prior to you sending it off and spending the money?
  • if I proceed, is there value in authenticating as many autographs as possible, to show that it was his rookie season since I'd imagine that would make it more valuable?

You could list it on eBay (with clear pictures) with a crazy high minimum bid, then purchase eBay's Quick Opinion (where a PSA authenticator will look at it).....
