Can you send in oversized cards such as the 1995 Iverson Georgetown and 1989 Bulls Equal Cards with regular cards for the $22 special?

If it is a 5x7 I believe the answer is no. I think the super sized cards have to be submitted on a separate more expensive service level, but I could be mistaken. I haven't submitted any of those in a long time.
