PSA collectors club membership

Hello guys!
I am really really frustrated! For more than a month, I’ve tried to become a collectors club member, but for unknown reason it’s declined everytime I’ve filled out the Formula and payment info. It only says “declined”. Has anyone else had similar issues? tried to reach PSA by e-mail, but they’re not responding.
Hope to get it solved in near future.
Btw I am based in Denmark, but I don’t see why that should be an issue.
