Do you think if resubmitted it would straight grade at NGC or PCGS?

@Walkerlover I personally didn't see any signs of cleaning on obv/rev. And someone(local coin shop owner) had helped me evaluate these and other coins and didn't note that one as being cleaned. I don't think I have any pics before it was sent to GC, if I find one I will post it.
