Why i cannot sign in to see my Montreal Canadiens sets

As a senior i finally realized why i can't sign into the registry,when i first joined PSA years ago my email was pdagenais@live.ca unfortunately they the email server went kaput it is no longer in use so i changed it to what it is now, when PSA amalgamated all the divisions i could not sign in anymore because i forgot the password to the older account.Because the old email is locked in i cannot change my password.The manager is sympathetic towards me she told the TECH team nothing has changed sure i received the how to change the password sent to an existing email but because the old one is locked in...it's as if my new email does not exist!
