Baseball is out of control with the relief pitching

So I watched my Yankees lose to the Brewers last night (I know, first world problem). 15 total pitchers in the game. Granted, there were 13 runs scored but that's entirely ridiculous. Here are some of the 'innings' that pitchers pitched: 1/3, 1/3, 1/3, 1/3, 2/3, 1, 1 and 1.
Game time was 4.09. Here's a way to speed up the game: stop the madness on the relief pitchers.
Catfish Hunter had 30 complete games for the 1974 Yankees. I'll bet none of those games lasted near 4 hours.
(Geezer rant ended) :D

Sadly Geezers remember the pitchers' duals from 45 to 55 years ago when a MLB game could end in under 2 hours. The average game back in the day was about 2 hrs 30 min. to 2:45

Maybe the starting pitchers should be doing 120 plus pitches per game if they are tossing a good game
Manager Scott of the mariners takes starters out at 95 pitches or so after 5 or 6 innings regardless

This would definitely speed up the game
