Why Do I Always Have to "Reset Password"?

I always have to "reset password" in order to sign on. This has never happened to me on a web forum before. Yes, I'm using the correct password.

It's really a PITA; is there a cure?

    Try using a different browser to see if the same thing happens. If it does clear the cache/history on the current one. If that doesnt solve the problem report back. Cell phone or computer? Have you restarted?

    Same problem here and I'm getting fed up with resetting my password every time I want to check on a submission to PCGS.
