Barcodes Not Scanning to Add Coins?

I noticed about a week ago that I can no longer add coins in the app with the barcode scanner. My phone buzzes that it's recognized something, but it doesn't do anything. I've had to add manually with the cert #. This is for more than one coin, so it's not an isolated problem. And the "Cert Verification" scanner seems to work fine, so I'm not concerned about the authenticity.
I believe adding an NFC coin still works fine.
