ID Help on this English coin? medal? thing...?

No clue what this is. Any ideas? It's the size of a US large dollar. It was mixed in with a lot of Ike's I purchased, same diameter but it is thicker than an Ike. Definitely not silver, it has a dull thud when you flick it.

    Thank you. I was thrown off by it not have a face value, made me think it was a medal. Looking at it online, it's interesting to learn the face value of just 25 pence was left off as it wasn't significant enough in relation to the event the coin memorialized.
