When should I get Star notes graded? Or just not at all? When should I get paper money graded

    If its special to you, get it graded.

    Some people will tell you if its not gem uncirculated or of high grade, dont get it graded...but if the note is sentimental, of importance, or if you want to encapsulate your notes - do it.

    But it will add up.

    I only grade notes that are valuable. And for modern notes, I never grade notes that are not in gem condition. At $22 bucks a pop (PMG prices) plus shipping both ways plus a $10 per submission (not per note) fee, it costs quite a bit.
