Is this seller scamming?

Carolyns_cosmetics on Ebay
A lot of high end cards but some have the 4Sharp orders logo in the pic. This seems fishy

    Look at their store. All their listing start between $3700-$3900.

    A well-known scammer who hijacks people's eBay accounts to list 8000+ fake high end listings and asks that you contact him directly. The fact that he has been doing this for about 4+ years means he has had quite a lot of success doing so.

    Wonder why EBAY cannot put and end to this type of blatent fraud. It seems like a UK account is always hacked and the Fraudster is selling lots of expensive collectiables items not related to what the seller business is?

    The expensive cards listings are NOT that of the listed seller. Its been deleted the person (scam artist) wants you to deal and click on a link to complete transaction outside of EBAY.

    UK accounts of legitimate accounts are taken over and lots of expensive cards etc are listed
