Great example. I started getting into Weimar commemoratives a year or two ago and have been casually looking for more. I don't have the 5 RM yet.
I've noticed this type and the 3 RM counterpart have issues across the equator. There is usually some roughness that goes horizontally across the eagle's wings and abdomen that appears to be planchet roughness that never fully gets struck out. It is opposite the zeppelin. You can often see marks on the zepellin that upon first glance seem like bagmarks but are probably from the planchet as well. I've just assumed that the zepellin and the eagle just had too much mass along the center of the coin to be easily filled in during striking and that it's rare to get a perfect one from a business strike.

I like the Weimar issues as well- especially the Zeppelins.

The Zeppelin pieces are really cool with such a strong design. I like them quite a bit and think your coin is lovely.
