Its a roman coin

    It's another Late Roman bronze, and again, we can't really read enough of the name for a definitive ID. This time, we can read "NVS PF AVG".

    On the reverse, we have winged Victory walking with a wreath; "REIPVBLICAE" is readable on the right. No mintmark is readable.

    Best guess that matches this incomplete data: Valentinian II, thoguh Valentinian I and Gratian are also options. See "Type 6" on this website.
