I have this circulator 2007 Roosevelt dime that has a problem in the area of the O the F on the reverse side. There is what appears to be some type of environmental damage which could be nothing more than Grime dirt Grease in the area of concern. There appears to be something going on with the F and what appears to be a small piece of metal between the O and the F. I would appreciate if anyone could put eyes on this area of the reverse and give me an idea what actually might be going on other than Environmental damage. I've included a photo of the same area on another Roosevelt dime that looks to be clean with out
the same problem. Appreciate your comments and thanks in advance.

Interesting. Save it, only worth a dime.
