There's no premium for that label. It's a custom label used by a large dealer (U.S. Money Reserve).

PCGS will let you use special labels if you submit large enough quantities to make it worth their time.

Other such labels are:

Premier - Home Shopping Network (HSN)
Trader Bae - Seller on WhatNot and eBay
Black Label - Bullion Shark (Black core)
