Banknote Novice seeking advice…

I purchased this note raw and sent to our host for grading…there is a notation on the back that says “Minor Rust”
I would like to know the value of the note and what i should expect to sell it for? I have very little experience with currency and have never had a graded note…just a few random Black Eagles and low end notes…

    Extra Fine $1,000 notes without any problems are currently selling anywhere from $3K - $4K . I’m guessing the notation concerning the “minor rust” would knock it down approximately 25%. You could get the stain removed if you wanted.
