    I think they forward their mail to them. I guess it all depends on if the guy wants fan mail during his off-time. There's also a chance you might not get it back until next season. Happened to me in baseball with Carl Pavano, I wrote him right after the season last year, and in late April got the card back with a nice letter from him.

    Yep - absolutely their mail is forwarded to them in a variety of ways. Best time to send because they have more time on their hands to respond....
