I have begun reading my latest numismatic themed book; essentially a biography of Jeronimo Antonio Gil. During his early years in Madrid, he trained under Tomas Prieto. I have seen Prieto's numismatic portraits of Bourbon royalty, but nothing more elaborate. Finally, I did come across what appears to be an aftercast uniface. I included the reverse which I thought interesting as it is not well finished.
