Error Guys: Is there a reason PCGS printed this insert like this?

I'm curious why PCGS would list the error type twice on the insert.

I'm guessing mechanical error (typo)...or someone belongs to the Department of Redundancy Department.

I think having an error on the label of an error coin makes it a very unique coin! I love it!😎

Very simple, even I can figure this one out! It is a 40% Double Curved Clip on both sides!!

I see that the 60% remaining of the coin is MS63. How much of the coin must be present to receive a grade, and does a larger clip imply a higher grade? If only a sliver is left, there won't be much room for chatter or scuffs...
