Is it possible to get an explanation of the Mint's "process" for Innovation Dollars?

I want to like the series. And I do like about 2/3rds of the designs. But how is it I cannot buy the rolls (or bags) of the TN Inno dollar which was released today? I did get my Eastern and Central time zones mixed up, so I thought I was right on time, but I was an hour late. An hour after opening the gates for purchase, the coins are not available. Oddly enough, the P mint coins are still available for Enrollment, but the D mint coins are not. If past behavior repeats itself, I'm guessing I'll find the TN rolls available in a couple of weeks. But why?
This is a rhetorical rant, thanks for letting me vent.
If we were all the same, the world would be an incredibly boring place.

Just wait until the middle of next week. There will be tons of them available on the mint website. It has happened every issue this year. I don't know what the deal is. There will be all you want.
Yep, I've seen this with their releases on these, unavailable for a couple days, then everything is ready to be sold. Don't panic on these.
