The card is in the current Memory Lane auction.
Clearly misgraded by PSA. Probably should not be listed by ML and at a minimum they should have mentioned the writing on the back.

There b reasons ML only takes certain type of payments......................

I'm sure if I'd submitted that this summer it would have come back as a 5.

I think the time spent on the backs of cards is cursory. I never buy a card without a back image after getting a 7.5 with a wax stain.

No way that should be listed without a description of the MK in the narrative and statement regarding possible grading error.

I sent Memory Lane an email about the card. They pulled it from the auction.

Great on Memory Lane - card should go back to PSA and they should reimburse owner based on their guarantee.

So did I and a buddy of mine. All of our hard work to prevent fellow collectors from getting screwed!

They said it is being walked to PSA today.

Some auction houses would say that instead of de-list it.

Something like “This 1968 Clemente is one of the finest examples in the hobby - with only the famous initials on the back keeping it from achieving the coveted 10 grade. With pinpoint corners, perfect centering, unparalleled registration this card belongs in any Clemente, Pirates or Hall of Fame Collection. Even more impressive than this Mint specimen is this prestigious asset’s story. The Clemente is purported to be from the childhood collection of Tatum O’Neil who put her initials on the back to separate her cards from her brother. Terrell Owens later bought this card instead of receiving compensation for signing at the 2018 National Sports Collectors Convention because “it already had my name on it”. While all Clemente cards are special - one that has this provenance is an alternative asset worthy of your portfolio.”

The Tatum O'Neil collection. Now that is funny! Signed while she was filming the Bad News Bears would bring added value.
