May I ask to why you're seeking these coins in a 64?

Was interested in the pop on these.

1999-S silver quarters have the following:
2 Georgia in DCAM
2 Delaware in DCAM
1 Delaware in CAM

1976-S silver quarters have the following:
153 in MS
8 in DCAM

I was surprised that there actually coins in 64 for these dates.

Why not just take a state proof quarter, put enough hairlines in it to make it go 64, and send it in? Probably more efficient than a thread here.
