Help ID an autograph?? On an offical 2001 World Series ball...can't figure it out! (EDIT: SOLVED!!]

My sister brought this to me and I couldn't figure it out. Lenny? Why signing with "USA"?? I am not sure if the World Series ball is a relevant clue or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
