Stupid preseason

My Panthers have lost Sam Darnold for 4-6 weeks, our newly drafted quarterback Matt Corral is lost for the entire 2022 season, the Jets lost their starter Zach Wilson, and now T.J. Watt got injured, I don't know how long he's going to be out.

    These preseason games always make me nervous, I just wish we could skip the preseason.

    These injuries have gotten me depressed, I'm going to go play Madden, they've added a new feature for Deshaun Watson's character!

    As far as I know and can tell, what makes the preseason really dangerous is the lack of physical contact and hitting that occurs in training camp. These guys for the most part keep themselves in shape now year round. Each new CBA has brought more restrictive rules regarding practice, regarding both time and content. When they get into preseason games, the guys just haven't been through the rigors of the old two a day practices and whatever else they used to do.
