This is a wonderful PR65red brown example of the 1915 Matte Proof.
It was housed in an ANACS soapbox holder for approx 30 years. I recently had it crossed over to PCGS. The ANACS grade was PR65RB.
This coin was part of the Lincoln Cent Societies reference collection. This collection was shown at major coin shows around the country in the 90's. It was a compete collection of proofs and business strikes from 1909 through 1995. I have sold quite a few over the years. Some I wish I had kept. And now, I will be selling off the balance.
