Question about an 1802 Draped Bust Large Cent Sheldon number.

There are only 3 No Stems 1802 DBLC's that I can find. Only two have Sheldon numbers. The one without an S- being a double division line and also a dropped S along with other letters and has no Sheldon number. The other two are S-231 and S-241 both with easily identifiable diagnostics. I have one that I have identified as an S-231 with a small question. What is the partial line, die break, die line above the 2nd 0 in 100. It doesn't show up anywhere I can find and I have looked at many 1802's. I have another 1802 S-231 that does not have it. Just curious.
Thank you,
Jim
