I do not know much about it, but hopefully, the pictures will help to identify it. I realize the pictures are not great and there is some damage, but I am hoping they are clear enough to make a distinction.

The coin looks like a copper Grano of Philip IV (1621-1665) of Spain made for Italy Naples.
