Since it's an Albuquerque Baseball Academy ball, I would presume that the signatures are of players who were playing there at the time.
According to its website, the Albuquerque Baseball Academy is an organization "dedicated to helping athletes realize their dream of playing baseball at the highest level."
So, if that's the case, and it's a recent ball, then chances are none of the players are even known beyond their hometowns and wherever they've played.
