They damaged it when holdering it, it is no longer a ten. Send it back for a CRC review (if you submitted it) and you will get paid the difference between the value of a 10 and what it is now, an 8 IMO. If you bought it from someone, return it
When it happens and it's already in a 10 holder...you got lucky
When it happens in PSA's possession before it is graded/holdered...PSA casually sends it back in a PSA 4-6 to a dumbfounded submitter...
