question on generation label type?

Bought a collection of graded Morgans the other week, I happen to notice that one of the earlier blue labels has a blue front, but the green label
back? anybody ever seen this?
I might add, they have been off the market in a collection a good while

Very Strange. The early blue labels should have a Series and Coin Number. Looks like a Gen 3.1 with a blue label.
the green is 5.0.
i don't recall if the blue is the same or a sub-variety.
To me, it looks like a GEN 3.1.
In the GEN 3.0, the label dye color was not stable.
As such, it is found in various hues from blue to yellow.
The museum says that the dye color stability was "corrected" in GEN 3.1.
Perhaps the issue impacted some of the early GEN 3.1?
I agree that it is a 3.1 and the obv label turned to blue.
My Collection of Old Holders
Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
I’ll be the third with the opinion of it being a 3.1 where the label turned colors from being exposed to the elements.
I've had a few dozen like that through the years.
