1967 quarter weighing 5.33 grams

I’m not even sure if the weight is due to age, but it doesn’t appear to have any extreme wear marks. I know it’s not in the best shape. Would anyone be willing to help me figure out if this is normal or possibly on the wrong planchet? Any help at all is appreciated.

Significant environmental damage. It was exposed to an acidic environment. Notice how the core copper clad layer is starting to erode faster than the outer clad.

    Spend it

I do recognize that. I found several others of the same quality and was leaning toward the same conclusion. Thank you!
