Grading question: rough cut edge or edge wear?

Can any experienced graders weigh in on how this type of edge would affect grading? This is Topps, not OPC.

I’ve passed on similar cards before jut not knowing if it’s an acceptable defect or not.

Zero eye appeal.

Bottom corner is not rough cut, but missing paper. Edge looks like rough cut and wear. Plus , it's Schmidt RC, so a 3 or 4 at best.
