Ordered one just because I used to love vending. Wish they were still 500 cards. Didn’t see these for Series 1 but someone may very well correct me and say this has been done for years.

    Now, they need to manufacture and sell a Vending Machine, so we can have it in our man cave!

    In what years did they sell wending boxes and how did the design of the box change over the years? And 170 is not a vending box :P

    Are vending boxes all base cards, or do they contain inserts as well?

    does anyone know when the last year topps made traditional vending? 91 maybe

    I think 1993.

    Edited to add: I was wrong; Dave & Adam's has a 1994 series 2 baseball vending box and there are some 1997 baseball boxes on eBay. I didn't see anything newer than that.

    My understanding is all base plus 5 exclusive inserts. No idea what the exclusive inserts are - but there could be inserts - think we will all find out for sure when people start opening. I only ordered one as it was not a good deal but just liked the look of the box.

    Is it 170 cards because the series is 330 cards and 2 boxes would theatrically a complete set? And do the 5 inserts count towards the 170? So 165 twice is 330.
