Marshawn Lynch arrested for DUI
Beast mode has been busted for a DUI, the tire was missing on his car.
Marshawn Lynch Had Missing, Flat Tires During DUI Arrest
Marshawn Lynch's car appeared undrivable by the time cops arrived and busted him for DUI on Tuesday ... with one tire completely missing, and at least one other flattened.
TMZ Sports has obtained pictures of the 2020 Shelby GT500 cops believe Lynch was driving prior to his arrest ... showing the front-left wheel's rim resting on the pavement, with no tire in sight.
Witnesses tell us they saw Lynch parked at the scene around 5:45 AM -- roughly two hours before his arrest -- and claim at one point, the running back exited his car to sit on the curb with the driver-side door wide open.
We're told Lynch remained at the scene until cops arrived ... who ultimately determined he was impaired and arrested him for driving under the influence.
We're told Lynch left a trail of damage on the road until his car reached its resting point ... with visible marks on the pavement and curbs. As we previously reported, sources say Lynch was driving into roadside curbs prior to the arrest.
Lynch was taken to jail and booked for DUI -- he's also facing charges of failure/refusing to surrender proof of security, unregistered vehicle and failure to drive in a travel lane.
His court date has been set for December.

That car is in Beast Mode!!
Hit and run before plus another DUI before, which means it's his regular lifestyle. I have nothing more to add.
looking for skittles?
Judging by that mug shot he's already had waaayyy to many Skittles.
On a more serious note he's lucky he didn't end up like Anne Heche.

if he is proven to have committed dui, that man should never drive again.
as far as I am concerned, DUI should be one and done. convicted once, your driving career is over. it is just too dangerous to too many innocents.
George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.
He lives about a mile east of me in Vegas. Nice house but neighborhood is not as nice as the house. Henry Ruggs lives very close to Marshawn also.

I wonder if DD can drag Aaron Rodgers into this thread?
NFL role models.
I'm waiting!!!!
Yes, but of course. Everyone needs to be on the lookout for one Aaron Rodgers, he is known to get stoned on psychedelic mushrooms and wander around aimlessly, if you see this man please report him to your local authorities immediately!
please, no one say the word "clutch"
George Brett cant handle much more.
he already gets dragged into to many discussions kicking and screaming.
George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.
Just for chits and giggles.
Everything Beast is being accused of is a misdemeanor. Reports say it happened at 5:45am. Police got there at about 7:30am. So unlikely they witnessed anything. A good defense attorney walks Lynch out of court at the arraignment. Police have to personally witness a misdemeanor. Witness accounts can be tossed.
Police can use witness statements for a felony.
Lunch's car had damage. Police can't determine if he did it
Lynch was DUI. So maybe he started drinking at 6:30am
I am sure in the end that it was the LVPD that shot out lynch's tires.
...
What's your point? That he will get off? Yeah, we all know. He has a history of this. Everyone knows that people who are caught driving like this most likely do it frequently.
My point is... Under the law there is probably insufficient evidence to convict. Unless he incriminated himself.
But I see from your point of view you've judged him guilty. No jury duty for you. Anytime you want to be recused,, just tell the defense attorney that you believe that since defendant has a string of charges and was sitting in a car that he must be guilty because ...well ....he was charged with not driving in his lane. Lol. By cops who didn't witness it.
Lvpd wouldn't even be able to put him behind the wheel for all those charges if they were on the scene at 730hrs, 2 hrs after the incident. Reports were that he was sitting on a curb 2 hrs B4 lvpd arrived.
As to the unregistered vehicle, that sits squarely on the shoulders of the car dealership. Beast doesn't stand in line at the DMV. Dealer will prob blame it on staffing shortages because of covid bs.
You state that people who are caught driving like this most likely do it frequently. Well he wasn't caught driving. And furthermore I was not aware of people doing it frequently. From my observations, DUI is not anywhere as prolific as ...say...30-50 yrs ago when it was a lot more common.
..
I am well aware of the travesties enacted by our justice system. Of those falsely accused and falsely or unnecessarily imprisoned. And I understand your point. But my point is ..he has a history with this and has never been shy about sharing his love for alcohol. I am going to step out on a ledge and make the accurate assumptions that I made.

Beast has a serious problem. I hope he deals with it before it's too late.
It's sad to see people who have an alcohol problem, I hope he gets the help he needs.
Fat Chance.
