PSA Authentic graded graded wax pack?

I have a 1975 Topps baseball wax pack graded PSA Authentic. What does "Authentic" mean vs. a number grade? Thanks.

PSA would do that when a pack would pass authentication but not meet the minimum grade requested on the submission form. I havent seen that in a while, though, so not sure they still do it.

PSA labels packs authentic when they happen to rip them during a review for upgrade process too...just sayin'...
