Question Regarding PCGS Set Registry New Sign-In Feature

I recall a week or two ago a thread about folks receiving emails about the new PCGS sign-in feature. I read the thread and received the email, as well, but rarely use the registry feature. However, tonight I attempted to login and was prompted for a new password as well as other information. I wasn't thrilled with the experience and did not fill out the form.
Might anyone have contact information for someone at PCGS where I might address my questions and concerns? Thank you.

fwiw, i did the form update info thing and iirc, there wasn't anything asked that wasn't included in my pcgs membership profile.
I (re)registered too.
I know it now has some difficulty on Safari so I just use Chrome without a hassle.
