Michael Jordan cards. Little help?

Got this card I’ve been wanting. Going to get it graded for my collection. Has a pretty good ding on the top left corner ,wear on the back. What you think it will grade ?

My guess would be a 7 at best given that upper left corner ding and the chipping on the back.

Normally I'd say a 7 too but don't be surprised if it comes back a 6. This is one that I subbed about 2yrs ago that looked great in hand and It returned as a 7. Topps used some crappy paper for some of their insert sets back around 97-98 that were very prone to chipping/paper loss most noticeably on the back and this Apparitions set was one of them. Its still a great card with the colors & foil. Good luck.

That one’s nice. I feel the same, very beautiful card.

If you ever go after these other inserts of his just check carefully for paper loss especially the Hardcourt Heroes. All of these are foilish on front with the same condition issues on back and they all look refractor-ish when you hold them a certain way near a light.

    1998 Stadium Club Royal Court
    1997 Stadium Club Royal Court
    1997 Stadium Club Hardcourt Heroes

Thanks. I have a HardCourt Heroes that ended up a PSA 7. So not bad. Just for my collection. Will be looking for the others.

I actually typed the name wrong, the 1997 the Stadium Club Hardcourt Heroics is what I meant. I'd recommend the 1998 Season's Best Shooting Stars just not the Topps Chrome regular version or refractor, the plain Topps one looks best, imo.
