New eBay Phishing Email Being Sent THROUGH eBay Messages

Many of the standard phishing emails are known by all, the ones telling you your password or something else was compromised so you need to log in. I got a new one today that looks much more convincing and was sent within eBay Messaging, so if you're going through all your recent messages, it looks like just another that came in. This screenshot is from Gmail, but the message is on the eBay site, as well. Of note, the account was brand new (registered today) and was NARU'd by the time I saw the message, but eBay didn't make any attempt to reach out and warn me about it, though they clearly know it was sent.

I don't know how common this is--is it brand new, has it been around for a while, etc.--but something for anyone, especially sellers, to be aware of. Since this was sent through eBay, the link shown is the actual link; they don't have a way to show the text for one link and have it go somewhere else. The page was a very convincing log-in screen when I saw it this morning, but the link is no longer working now for me to get a screenshot.
